Meet Your Traveling Personal Trainer Jakae.
I’m a certified personal trainer of sixteen years with a passion for helping people stay fit – no matter where life takes you. I am a mother of three grown children, two bonus children and two grandbabies. I have had many certifications over the years, including ACSM, ACE, USAW, CrossFit L2, Silver Sneakers and many more. I even owned my own gym for 10 years. I have worked with all ages and abilities. I love to spend time with family, be outdoors and do all kinds of art in free time.
With sixteen years in the industry, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. I take a practical, supportive, and no nonsense approach to help clients stay consistent, strong, and injury free. Whether you’re just getting started, bouncing back from a break, or pushing toward new goals, I’m here to guide you with expertise and accountability, every step of the way.

For most of my adult life I’ve worked out on a regular basis and my exercise regimen was fairly routine. After L2 back surgery in 2020 everything changed. I started working with a personal trainer, Jakae, to maintain strength and mobility. My exercises needed to be modified in order to minimize the risk of injury. Jakae personalized my routine to take into considerations my limitations and focus on the areas where I needed to build strength. I’m seeing the results in better mobility, body composition, and less back pain.
